UV antibacterial technology

Ultraviolet antibacteria was originally widely used in places that require effective and powerful antibacterial, such as hospital operating rooms, biochemical laboratories, but places like corporate offices, restaurants, home environments and other places, because of the increasing requirements for sanitary conditions for epidemic prevention, a large number of them have begun to use ultraviolet antibacterial equipment.

The outer line and visible light are originally produced by the sun. Electromagnetic waves with wavelengths between 10nm and 400nm are ultraviolet rays, which are shorter in wavelength than visible light.

There are 3 types of ultraviolet rays, namely UVA, UVB, UVC

Ultraviolet A (UVA): Longer wavelength, between 320~400nm, can penetrate clouds, glass into the room and in the car, can penetrate into the dermis of the skin, causing sunburn.

Ultraviolet B (UVB): The wavelength is in the middle, the wavelength is between 280~320nm, will be absorbed by the ozone layer, and only a small amount will reach the surface of the earth

Ultraviolet C (UVC): The wavelength ranges from 100 to 280 nanometers. Since the ozone layer can completely block UVC, there will be no UVC on the earth’s surface

The UVC can destroy the molecular structure of the DNA and RNA of the microbial collective cells, causing the structure to break or produce a photochemical polymerization reaction. Thereby losing the ability to self-replicate, causing the death of growing cells and regenerative cell death, and achieve the purpose of sterilization.

The powerful antibacterial ability of UVC is that it can quickly destroy almost all bacteria, viruses, molds, single-cell algae, even dust mites and other microorganisms. UVC antibacterial is fast, thorough, pollution-free, easy to operate, easy to use and maintain advantages such as low cost. The effect of UVC is faster than chlorine chemical sterilization and ozone sterilization.

The object to be disinfected is non-corrosive, pollution-free, and residue-free. When the power is turned off, all ultraviolet rays will disappear.
